May 22,2002 <br /> AGREEMENT AMENDED <br /> Moved by Council Member Pope,seconded by Council Member <br /> Gipson to authorize the Mayor to sign Change Order No.1 to the <br /> Police Department Basement Remodel project contract with Allied <br /> Construction In the amount of$53,267.29 plus Washington State <br /> sales tax to correct unforeseen conditions in the existing building, <br /> correct oversights In the original plans and specifications,and to <br /> improve the quality of appearance and pc-armance of the site and <br /> building. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENT AMENDED <br /> Moved by Council Member Pope,seconded by Council Member <br /> Campbell to authorize the Mayor to sign Change Order No.6 to the <br /> South Precinct Police Station project contract with Babhit Neuman <br /> Construction Co.In the amount of$12,260.51 plus Washington State <br /> sales fax to correct unforeseen conditions in the existing building. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> JOB COMPLETE—SOUTH PRECINCT POLICE STATION <br /> Moved by Council Member Pope,seconded by Council Member <br /> Campbell to accept the South Precinct Pollee Station project as <br /> complete,allowing the Mayor to sign the certificate of completion, <br /> which will begin the 60-day retention period prior to the release of <br /> 161 <br />
