June 26,2002 <br /> • <br /> • <br />• <br /> AGREEMENT—EVERETT STATION <br /> Moved by Council Member Pope,seconded by Council Member <br /> Harlem to authorize the Mayor to sign the lease agreement with the <br /> State of Washington Department of General Administration on behalf <br /> of the Washington State Department of Employment Security for <br /> tenant space at Everett Station. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENT—EVERETT STATION <br /> Moved by Council Member Pope,seconded by Council Member <br /> Olson to authorize the Mayor to sign the lease agreement with the <br /> State of Washington Department of General Administration on behalf <br /> of the Washington Slate Department of Services for the Blind for <br /> tenant space at Everett Station. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br /> Motion earned. <br /> CHANGE ORDER—EVERETT STATION TENANT IMPROVEMENTS <br /> Moved by Council Member Hatt,seconded by Council Member <br /> Campbell to authorize the Mayor to sign Change Order No.3 to the <br /> Everett Station Tenant Improvement Construction contract in the <br /> amount of$65,234.74. <br /> Vol was called with all council members voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> • <br /> .• <br /> 196 <br /> • <br />
