July 3,2002 <br /> AGREEMENT—ACCESS ROAD <br /> Moved by Council Member Campbell,seconded by Council Member <br /> Pope to authorize the Mayor to sign Supplemental No.5 with HIM in <br /> the amount of 5187,061.00 for additional design services for an <br /> accessroad connecting the southern end of the 41°1 Street <br /> Overcossing to a location south of 36°Street and for revisions to <br /> the Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railroad Relocation Study. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENT—EASEMENT <br /> Moved by Council Member Olson,seconded by Council Member <br /> Campbell to authorize the Mayor to execute a partial termination of <br /> an Ment(owner is Washington Services)originally conveyed to <br /> the City for utility purposes. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENT-MUSEUM <br /> Moved by Council Member Pope,seconded by Council Member <br /> Olson to authorize the Mayor to enter a professional services <br /> agreement with CNJA Architects in the amount of 517,932 for <br /> continued feasibility study,schematic design and cost estimating <br /> regarding the potential utilization of the Port of Everett, <br /> Weyerhaeuser building as a museum.Additionally,authorize staff to <br /> meet with Port of Everett representatives regarding the Port's <br /> 205 <br />
