July 24,2002 <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Member Gipson who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> GRANT—STORM WATER CONTROL FACILITIES <br /> Moved by Council Member Olson,seconded by Council Member <br /> Campbell to authorize the Mayor or his designee to sign a grant <br /> application for$242,500,four certifications,end a management <br /> system survey for two stormwater control facilities which will reduce <br /> • <br /> the frequency of combined sewer overflows. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Member Gipson who was excused. <br /> Motion carded. • <br /> RESOLUTIONS—ABATEMENT OF VIOLATIONS <br /> Council agenda items no.14,15,16,17,and 18,proposed resolutions <br /> confirming expenses incurred by the City of Everett whge perfuming <br /> abatements of violations,and authorizing the placement of liens against <br /> the propedies known as 2109 Lexington Avenue,10514 Holly Nye,1410 <br /> Maple Street,2130 Chestnut Street,and 2028 Adams Avenue,have been <br /> paled from todays agenda. , <br /> BID AWARD-2002 PAVEMENT MARKING <br /> Moved by Council Member Campbell,seconded by Council Member <br /> Pope that the contract for the 2002 Pavement Marking project be <br /> awarded to the lowest responsive bidder,Stripe Rite Inc.,Auburn, <br /> WA,based upon their unit prices bid extended for an estimated total <br /> 239 <br />
