August 7.2002 <br /> AGREEMENT AMENDED—DIGITAL FACILITY DRAWINGS <br /> Moved by Council Member Olson,seconded by Council Member Krell <br /> to authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No.1 to the professional <br /> services agreement with CADD Consulting Services Inc.for the <br /> development of digital facility drawings in the amount of$50,000 to <br /> allow the consultant to complete the Water Filtration Plant <br /> Administration building pilot project and apply thie process to the <br /> pilot project building at the Water Pollution Control Facility. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENT <br /> Moved by Council Member Pope,seconded try Council Member <br /> Olson to authorize the Mayor to execute an agreement assigning the <br /> professional services agreements between the City of Everett and <br /> CH2M Hill,Inc.,The Knebel Company,Inc.,and Facilities West,Inc. <br /> to the Everett Public Facilities District to give the EPFD legal <br /> confirmation for the payments It has already made for services <br /> provided under these agreements. <br /> • <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> PUBLIC HEARING—REFERENDUM BILL NO.51 <br /> President Hatloe opened a public hearing regarding a proposed resolution <br /> in support of Referendum Bill No.51,a bill that would increase highway <br /> capacity,public transportation,passenger freight rail,and transportation <br /> 271 <br />
