Septembers,2002 <br /> The regular meeting of the Everett City Council was called to order at 8:30 <br /> a.m.,September 4,2002,in the City Council Chambers of the Everett City <br /> Hall,President Hance presiding. Upon roll call it was found that Mayor <br /> Anderson and Council Members Krell,Olson,Hatloe,Gipson,Campbell, <br /> Pope and Overstreet were present <br /> Council Member Krell led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> The minutes of the August 28,2002 City Council meeting were approved <br /> as printed. <br /> MAYOR <br /> Mayor Anderson invited everyone to join him in a memorial walk from the <br /> Weyerhaeuser Mil,building to the Snohomish County Courthouse <br /> beginning at 9:30 a.m.,September 11,2002. <br /> COUNCIL <br /> Council Member Olson commented that Hoyt Avenue,19"Street to 26°i <br /> Street,has been converted to two-way traffic. <br /> CITY ATTORNEY <br /> City Attorney Solna requested an executive session regarding two <br /> litigation matters. <br /> CONSENT AGENDA ITEMS <br /> Moved by Council Member Gipson,seconded by Council Member <br /> Overstreet to approve the following consent agenda items: <br /> 298 <br />
