September 11,2002 <br /> with the Port of Everett for the design and construction of the <br /> Terminal Avenue Pedestrian and Bicycle Improvements project. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENT AMENDED <br /> Moved by Council Member Campbell,seconded by Council Member <br /> Krell to authorize the Mayor to sign Change Order No.1 with Thomco <br /> Construction,lee.in theamount of$361,208.69 which includes <br /> 5171,931.44 for additional work associated with the 52n°Street <br /> Improvement project and$209,277.25 for the cost of improvements <br /> to Hoyt Avenue and Wetmore Avenue,19.Street to 26.Street,for <br /> the conversion from one-way to two-way. <br /> Roll was called whit all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Member Gipson who voted no. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> REMEDIAL ACTION GRANT <br /> Moved by Council Member Olson,seconded by Council Member <br /> Overstreet to authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No.1 to the <br /> Remedial Action Grant with the Department of Ecology in the amount <br /> of 5400,000 which will cover 50%of the costs associated with landfill <br /> gas controls for new roadways entering the landfill site,including <br /> predesign,design and construction costs. <br /> 308 <br />
