October30,2002 <br /> A special meeting of the Everett City Council was called to order at 7:30 <br /> a.m.,October 30,2002,in the City Council Chambers of the Everett City <br /> Hall,President Hatloe presiding. Upon roll call it was found that Mayor <br /> Anderson and Council Members Krell,Olson,Hatloe,Gipson,Campbell, <br /> Pope,and Overstreet were present. <br /> PUBLIC HEARING/REVENUE WORKSHOP <br /> President Hatloe opened a public hearing and revenue workshop session. <br /> He invited public comment. <br /> Bill Cushman,Budget Director,stated that RCW 84.55.120 requires that <br /> the City hold a public hearing prior to the adoption of the property tax <br /> ordinance to address the status of revenue sources for the City of Everett. <br /> He proceeded with a brief slide presentation regarding revenues. <br /> Moved by Council Member Campbell,seconded by Council Member <br /> Olson to close the public hearing. <br /> Roll was celled with all council members voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> The meeting adjourned at 8:15 a.m. <br /> The regular meeting of the Everett City Council was called to order at 8:30 <br /> a.m.,October 30,2002,in the City Council Chambers of the Everett City <br /> Hall,President Hates presiding. Upon roll call it was found that Mayor <br /> Anderson and Council Members Krell,Olson,Hatloe,Gipson,Campbell, <br /> Pope end Overstreet were present. <br /> Council Member Pope led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> The minutes of the October 23,2002 City Council meeting were approved <br /> as printed.Council Members Hetloe and Pope abstained from the vote. <br /> 355 <br />
