October30,2002 <br /> RESOLUTION-ABATEMENT OF VIOLATIONS/229 DORN AVENUE <br /> Moved by Council Member Gipson,seconded by Council Member <br /> Krell to adopt Resolution No.5258 confirming expenses incurred by <br /> the City of Everett while performing abatement of violations,and <br /> authorizing placement of a lien in the amount of 511,215.96 against <br /> the property known as 229 Dom Avenue. <br /> Roll was called will all council members voting yes. <br /> Motion ear:led. <br /> RESOLUTION-ABATEMENT OF VIOLATIONS/2022 HIGHLAND <br /> AVENUE <br /> Moved by Council Member Olson,seconded by Council Member <br /> Pope to adopt Resolution No.5259 confirming expenses incurred by <br /> the City of Everett while performing abatement of violations,and <br /> authorizing placement of a gen in the amount of 5812.25 against the <br /> property known as 2022 Highland Avenue. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br /> Motion carded. <br /> AGREEMENT AMENDED-SR 527 ROADWAY WIDENING AND <br /> SILVER LAKE ACCESS IMPROVEMENTS <br /> Moved by Council Member Pope,seconded by Council Member <br /> Overstreet to authorize the Mayor to sign Supplement No.5 to the <br /> professional services agreement with Entrenco Engineers in the <br /> amunt of$333,388.00 for additional work necessary to complete the <br /> design of the SR 527 Roadway Widening and Silver Lake Access <br /> Improvement project. <br /> 364 <br />
