November 13,2002 <br /> GRANT-VIOLENCE AGAINST WOMEN <br /> • <br /> Moved by Council Member Campbell,seconded by Council Member <br /> Olson to authorize the extension of the Domestic Violence Against <br /> Women Stop Grant Program for one additional year through <br /> September 30,2003 for the purpose of Improving the criminal justice <br /> and community response to violence against women. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br /> Motion carded. <br /> AGREEMENT-THEATRE MANAGEMENT <br /> Moved by Council Member Olson,seconded by Council Member Krell <br /> to authorize the Mayor to execute an agreement with the Village <br /> Theatre in the amount of$293,000 for the management of the Everett <br /> Performing Arts Center and presentation of theatrical productions. <br /> Rob Hunt,Executive Producer.Village Theatre,commented on the <br /> successes of the Village Theatre in the City of Everett.He stated that the <br /> purchase of season tickets is up 25%over lest year. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENT AMENDED-2002 PAVEMENT MARKINGS <br /> Moved by Council Member Krell,seconded by Council Member Pope <br /> to authorize the Mayor to sign Change Order No.1 to the 2002 <br /> Pavement Markings contract with Stripe Rite,Inc.in the amount of <br /> $12,801.48 to cover additional costs of modifications made by the <br /> City. <br /> 383 <br />
