November 27,2002 <br /> Roll was celled with all council members voting yes. <br /> Motion carded. • <br /> COUNCIL BILL NO.02-10.75 <br /> THIRD AND FINAL READING: • <br /> AN ORDINANCE relating to Adult Cabarets,amending Section <br /> 5 of Ordinance No.2289-98(EMC 5.128.050(. <br /> City Attorney Some stated that staff has included in today's packet,the <br /> additional language that Council Member Gipson requested whits would <br /> include criminal liability for owners that knowingly permit a violation.lithe <br /> council desires to Include that language,the motion should be to adopt <br /> tproposed ordinance as revised. <br /> Moved by Council Member Olson,seconded by Council Member <br /> Gipson that this is declared to be the third and final reading of <br /> Council Bill No.01-1045 as revised and the City Clerk was directed <br /> to call the roll for the final disposition of the ordinance. <br /> AYES: Krell,Olson,Hadoe,Gipson,Campbell.Pope,Overstreet <br /> NAYS: None <br /> Ordinance No.2659-02 adopted. <br /> COUNCIL BILL NO.02-11-75 <br /> THIRD AND FINAL READING' <br /> AN ORDINANCE consenting to transfer of telecommunications <br /> franchise. <br /> Moved by Council Member Olson,seconded by Council Member <br /> Campbell that this is declared to be the third and final reading of Council <br /> Bill No.02-11-78 and the City Clerk is directed to call the roll for the final <br /> disposition of the ordinance. <br /> 400 <br />
