December 11,2002 <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br /> Motion carded. <br /> RESOLUTION-GREEN FEES <br /> Moved by Council Member Pope,seconded by Council Member <br /> Olson to adopt Resolution No.5276 establishing greens fees for the <br /> City of Everett Municipal Golf Courses for 2003,directing the deposit <br /> of admission tax to the Golf Fund's revenue eccnunts and <br /> superseding Resolution Nos.4992 and 5000. <br /> Stuart Nicol,1907 100d'Street SW,expressed concern regarding the <br /> proposed green fees for Legion Golf Course. <br /> Roll was called with all council members eating yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> RESOLUTION-DOWNTOWN EVERETT BUSINESS IMPROVEMENT <br /> AREA <br /> Moved by Council Member Overstreet,seconded by Council Member <br /> Olson to adopt Resolution No.5271 setting a public hearing before <br /> City Council on January 8,2003 at 8:30 a.m.to consider proposed <br /> 2003 activities,budget and assessment for the Downtown Everett <br /> business Improvement Area(MA(and to provide that notice of the <br /> hearing and budget be sent to property owners in the MA. <br /> Ted Trepanier,1420 Hewitt,requested that the public hearing be <br /> postponed to a later date to give property owr,ers more time to analyze <br /> the budget information. <br /> 420 <br />
