Upon roll cell if was found that Mayor <br /> Anderson and Council Members Krell,Olson,Hatloe,Gipson,Campbell, <br /> Pope and Overstreet were present. • <br /> • <br /> Council Member Krell led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> The minutes of the February 28.2003 City Council meeting were <br /> approved as printed. <br /> • <br /> MAYOR <br /> AWARD <br /> • Charlotte Star,Everett Business Journal,presented the City of Everett <br /> with an award for the Everett Station which was voted"business with the <br /> best store front'by their readers. <br /> • <br /> REPORT <br /> Dave Davis,Public Works,gave a brief slide presentation to update the <br /> •• <br /> City Council regarding the 41°Street and kb Interchange,the 41.Street <br /> Overorossing,the BNSF Track Relocation agreement,the Brownfield <br /> (landfill)site and the Simpson site. <br /> • Paul Roberts,Planning,stated that the Growth Management Hearing <br /> Board's decision regarding the Shoreline Master Plan will not affect the <br /> development of these properties.
