• <br /> • <br /> April16,2003 <br /> Council Member Krell reported that she and Council Member Overstreet <br /> attended the Arbor Day Ceremony at Langus Riverfrent Perk. <br /> Council Member Overstreet expressed his full support for the SBX <br /> Resolution which was adopted at the April 9.2003 City Council meeting. <br /> Fle requested that the City Council discuss the possibility of holding <br /> additional night Council meetings and make a decision by April 30,2003. <br /> III <br /> CONSENT AGENDA ITEMS <br /> Moved by Council Member Krell,seconded by Council Member Olson <br /> to approve the following consent agenda Items: <br /> RESOLUTION-CLAIMS <br /> To adopt Resolution No.5325 acknowledging the payment of audited <br /> end approved claims against the City of Everett In the amount of <br /> 51,125,992.59 for the period March 29,2003 through April d,2003. <br /> STREET CLOSURE <br /> To approve a rolling street closure from the Everett Memorial <br /> Stadium to 10.Street and back to the stadium for a 10K Run <br /> sponsored by the Rotary Club on June 8,2003,9:30 a.m.to 12:30 <br /> p.m.,with the conditions that them will be two gaugers at each major <br /> intersection(on certified),one nagger at each minor inbection, <br /> and that all runnersre <br /> (one <br /> stay to the right of the road. <br /> Roll was called with ell sound members voting yes except Council <br /> Member Gipson who was excused. <br /> Motion carded. <br /> 105 <br />
