April 30 2003 <br /> The regular meeting of the Everett City Council was called to order at 8:30 <br /> a.m.,April 30.2003,in the City Council Chambers of the Everett City Hall, <br /> President HatMe presiding. Upon roll call it was found that Mayor <br /> Anderson and Council Members Krell,Olson,Hagoe.Gipson,Campbell, <br /> Pope and Overstreet were present. <br /> Council Member Pope led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> The minutes of the April 23,2003 City Council meeting were approved as <br /> printed. <br /> MAYOR <br /> RESOLUTION <br /> Moved by Council Member Olson,seconded by Council Member <br /> Campbell to adopt Resolution No.5329 expressing the City of <br /> Everett's support and encouragement of The Regional Partnership's <br /> efforts to revitalize the economy in the three.ccuny region of <br /> Snohomish,King and Pierce Counties. <br /> Roll was called with all council members vo309 yes. <br /> Motion cabled. <br /> PROCLAMATION <br /> Mayor Anderson proclaimed the week of May 4-10,2003 as"Drinking <br /> Waley Week". <br /> REPORT <br /> Hal Gausman and Wendy Becker,Parks,spoke regarding a strategic <br /> planning process which is underway to reclaim Parks as the center and <br /> 120 <br />
