June 4,2003 <br /> The regular meeting of the Everett CM Council was called to order at 8:30 <br /> a.m..June 4,2003,in the City Council Chambers of the Everett City Hall, <br /> President Ha0oe presiding. Upon roll call if was found that Mayor <br /> Anderson end Council Members Krell.Olson,Hatioe,Gipson,Campbell. <br /> and Overstreet were present Council Member Pope was excused. <br /> Council Member Overstreet led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> The minutes of the May 28,2003 City Council meeting were approved as <br /> panted. <br /> MAYOR <br /> REPORT—REVENUE BONDS <br /> Jane Towery,Managing Director of NW Public Finance,Bank of America. <br /> gave a brief recap regarding the Issuance of$80 million in water and <br /> sewer and refunding bonds which was approved by Ordinance No.2890- <br /> 03 on May 14.2003. <br /> Judah Cochran.Bank of America,commented on the success of the bond <br /> sale. <br /> APPOINTMENT—BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT <br /> Moved by Council Member Overstreet,seconded by Council Member <br /> Gipson to concur with the appointment of Craig Chapman to Position <br /> No.3.Board of Adjustment,for the remainder of a sicyear term <br /> ending December 31,2003. <br /> • <br /> RCA w called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Member Pope who was excused. <br /> Motion palled. <br /> • <br /> • <br /> 165 <br />
