June 4.2003 <br /> RESOLUTION—WPCF FACILITIES UPGRADE.SCHEDULE A <br /> Moved by Council Member Olson,seconded by Council Member <br /> Campbell to adopt Resolution No.5345 for preliminary determination <br /> to use the general contrectorlconstruction manager alternative <br /> Public Works procedure for construction of the Water Pollution <br /> Control Facility Facilities Upgrade,Schedule A,and setting a public <br /> hearing for July 2,2003 at 8:30 a.m.in the Everett City Council <br /> Chambers. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Member Pope who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENT—PORT GARDNER OUTFALL REPLACEMENT <br /> Moved by Council Member Krell,seconded by Council Member <br /> Campbell to authorize the Mayor to sign an agreement with the Pod <br /> of Everett and Kimberly-Clark Worldwide Inc.for the Port Gardner <br /> Outfall Replacement project Including easements. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> MemberPope who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENT—APARTMENT COMPLEX/3327 RILCK`R AVENUE <br /> Moved by Council Member Campbell,seconded by Council Member <br /> Krell to authorize the Mayor to sign an agreement with the Everett <br /> Housing Authority to help acquire a 15-unit apartment complex at <br /> 3327 Rucker Avenue. <br />
