June 11,2003 <br /> response to a request from Snohomish County and Snohomish <br /> County Tomorrow. <br /> Dave Koenig,Planning,spoke regarding the criteria used to define the <br /> four areas identified in the Urban Growth Area. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Members Knell and Pope who were excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENTS <br /> Moved by Council Member Olson,seconded by Council Member <br /> Campbell to authorize the Mayor to sign agreements and authortze <br /> funding In the amount of 596,000 for Intedm support to the Arts <br /> Council of Snohomish County and the Everett Symphony from 2003 <br /> to 2005. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Members Krell and Pope who were excused. <br /> Motion carded. <br /> Mary Bmeggeman,Everett Symphony,and Judy Tuohy,Arts Council of <br /> Snohomish County,thanked the City of Everett for its continued support <br /> of the arts. <br /> BID AWARD—W PCF MAINTENANCE BUILDING <br /> Moved by Council Member Campbell,seconded by Council Member <br /> Overstreet that the bid from Premium Construction Group be <br /> declared non.reeponsive and that the contract for construction of the <br /> Water Pollution Control Facility Maintenance Building be awarded to <br /> t77 <br />
