July 16,2003 • <br /> Singh property located on Casino Road at S.Avenue West from 123 <br /> to B-1,subject to the provisions of a development agreement. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yen. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> PUBLIC HEARING—MITRACHKAW PROPERTY <br /> President Harm opened a public hearing regarding Council Bill No.0305- <br /> 28,a proposed ordinance amending the Comprehensive Plan map for the <br /> Mitachkaw property,located In the 3900 black of Wetmore Avenue,from <br /> 1.6(Multiple Family,20-29 Dwellings per acre)to 1.7(Multiple Family.30- <br /> 50 units per acro);and Council Bill No.0308-29,a proposed ordinance <br /> mending the Zoning Map and Zoning Code text to rezone the MOrechkaw <br /> properly from R-3 to R4,with a 45-foot height restriction. <br /> President Hearne invited public comment. <br /> Bob Larson,Planning,gave a brief overview of the proposed project. <br /> Sherry Kennedy,3909 Wetmore A4,expressed concem regarding the <br /> mss of Wetmore,south of 3701 Street. She stated that some <br /> odation would need to be made for additional traffic if this protect <br /> is approved. <br /> Moved by Council Member Pope,seconded by Council Member <br /> Olson to close the public hearing. <br /> Roll was called with au council members voting yes. <br /> Motion carded. • <br /> 2.27 <br />
