He <br /> remarked that the City of Everett does not believe that Cr.community's <br /> concerns regarding the SBX were adequately met,aid they will be <br /> sending a letter to the Department of Defense outlining those concems. <br /> COUNCIL <br /> AGREEMENTS—SEWER SERVICE <br /> Moved by Council Member Olson,seconded <br /> onded by Council Member <br /> Campbell to authorize the Mayor to the armaments with <br /> Olympus Terrace Sewer District for the provision of sewer service to <br /> four Everett properties In Southwest Everett. <br /> Bill Maclsaac,7911 40.Avenue W,questioned ostrich four properties are <br /> included in the agreement. He expressed concem regarding the lump <br /> sum assessment which he would be required to pay t0 connect to <br /> Olympus Terrace Sewer District's sewer line. <br /> Grant Weed,2t Avenue E,Snohomish,Olympus Tense Sewer Olabict, <br /> explained that the Everett property owners who wish to connect to the <br /> District's sewer line are being asked to pay.,ULID assessment based on <br /> the same formula as the District's regular customers.
