August 13,2003 <br /> AGREEMENT—DAY CAMP PROGRAMS <br /> Moved by Council Member Campbell,seconded by Council Member <br /> Gipson to authorize the Mayor to sign an Interlocal agreement with <br /> the Slate of Washington Department of Social and Health Services <br /> for reimbursement of registration funds to the City of Everett for <br /> Camp Patterson and Camp Providence Day Camp programs for <br /> special needs children through 2005. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> RESOLUTION—WATER POLLUTION CONTROL FACILITIES <br /> UPGRADE <br /> Moved by Council Member Gipson,seconded by Council Member <br /> Campbell to adopt Resolution No. 5371 a_thorizing general <br /> contractor/construction manager altemative Public Works procedure <br /> for construction of the Water Pollution Control Facilities Upgrade, <br /> Schedule A. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Member Gipson who voted no. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENT—2001 VOLKSWAGEN BEETLE <br /> Moved by Council Member Pope,seconded by Council Member <br /> Campbell to authorize the Mayor to sign a lease agreement with <br /> Pignataro Volkswagen for the use of a 2001 Volkswagen Beetle by <br /> the City of Everett Police Department for the sum of$1.00 through <br /> August 13,2004. <br />
