September 10.2003 <br /> He announced that there will be a ribbon cutting ceremony at the new City <br /> Emergency Operations Center on Everett Mall Way on September 11, <br /> 2003. <br /> Mayor Anderson invited everyone to attend a joint special meeting of the <br /> Everett City Council and the Tulalip Tribes Board of Directors at Legion <br /> Park on September 17,2003 at 10:30 a.m.for the signing of an alliance <br /> agreement. <br /> COUNCIL <br /> Council Member Krell reported on her attendance ata program sponsored <br />• by the Housing Consortium of Everett and Snohomish County. <br /> MUTT STRUT <br /> Gretchen Schaeffer,announced that Everett Parks Padners has raised <br /> funds for"Tools on Wheels",a van full of gardening tools,which they take <br /> to the various neighborhoods to help with cleanups and flower planting. <br /> She invited everyone to attend'Mutt Shut"sponsored by the Everett <br /> Parks Board en September 20,2003.9:30 a.m.to 2:00 pm.,at Longus <br /> Park. <br /> Council Members Olson and Campbell reported on their attendance at the <br /> opening of the Assistance League's new building. <br /> President Hatloe echoed the Mayors invitation to attend the special joint <br /> meeting of the Everett City Council and the Tuella Tribe's Board of <br /> Directors on September 17,2003. <br /> CONSENT AGENDA ITEMS <br /> Moved by Council Member Campbell,seconded by Council Member <br /> Pope to approve the following consent agenda Hems: <br /> 284 <br />
