This proposed ordinance, <br /> Council Bill No.0308-03.would Impose a permanent prohibition of those <br /> uses within certain areas of the City. <br /> Mooed by Council Member Pope,seconded by Council Member Krell <br /> to close the public hearing. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yea. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> COUNCIL BILL NO 0308-36 <br /> SECOND.THIRD AND FINAL READINGS: <br /> AN ORDINANCE relating to adult cabarets,mini-casinos,adult <br /> use businesses,panoram premises and public places of adult <br /> entertainment,adopting Zoning Code regulations prohibiting <br /> such facilities In the downtown core area,Everett Station area, <br /> and portions of the Broadway gateway corridor,amending <br /> Ordinance No.167189 and Ordinance No.1847-92(Title 18 <br /> EMC)and repealing Ordinance No.2683-03 <br /> Moved by Council Member Pope,seconded by Council Member Krell that <br /> this Is declared to be the third and final reading of Council 6111 No.0308- <br /> 30. <br />
