November 5.2003 <br /> EASEMENT—HAUGE HOMESTEAD PARK <br /> Moved by Council Member Pope,seconded by Council Member Krell <br /> to authorize the Mayor to execute a distribution easement with the <br /> Snohomish County Public Utility District No.1 to locate a power pole <br /> at Hauge Homestead Park. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br /> Motion caned. <br /> EASEMENT—112m STREET SE <br /> Moved by Council Member Pope,seconded by Council Member <br /> Campbell to authorize the Mayor to execute a distribution easement <br /> with the Snohomish County Public Utility District No.1 to louts a <br /> power pole on City property located on the north side of 112 Street <br /> SE just west of Ta'Avenue SE adjacent to North Creek. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br /> Motion Baffled. <br /> PUBLIC HEARING <br /> President Hatloe opened a public hearing regarding a proposed resolution <br /> finding a substantial need for using the 101%limit factor under Chapter <br /> 54.55 RCW with regard to the levying of general and emergency services <br /> property taxes,and Council Bill No.0310-58,a proposed ordinance <br /> levying the general taxes for the City of Everett for fiscal year commencing <br /> January 1,2004,on all taxable property,both real and personal,subject <br /> to taxation thereon,for the porpoise of raising a portion of the revenue to <br /> carry on City operators for the ensuing year,as required by the Charter <br /> of the City of Everett and the laws of the State of Washington. <br /> 375 <br />
