J <br /> January 14,2004 <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Member Halloe who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENTS—ARTWORK/EVERETT CONFERENCE CENTER <br /> Moved by Council Member Campbell,seconded by Council Member <br /> to esthetics the Mayor to sign professional services agreements with <br /> Steve Jensen,Ann Gardner,Susan Dory,Bili Colby,and Eva Isaksen <br /> for the concept,design,and production of interior artworks and a <br /> purchase agreement with Joseph Rossano for artwork and allow <br /> expenditures for other related art project costs for the Everett <br /> Conference Center. <br /> Susan DiPietro,Parks,displayed examples of the carious works of art. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Member Halloo who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> PUBLIC HEARING <br /> Vice President Gipson opened a public hearing regarding a proposed <br /> ordinance amending the Citys Zoning Code to allow school bus parking, <br /> maintenance,washing and other related acUvi5as associated with a <br /> school bus facility in the M-M zone. <br /> David Tyler,Planning Staff,explained that the school disirid has been <br /> trying to find property that would allow fora school bus facility and has <br /> been unable to do so due to zoning issues,thus the reason for this <br /> proposed ordinance.He distributed a map showing M-M zones in the city. <br /> Bob Centiles,Planning Staff,slated that the school district Is looking at a <br /> specmr.site located in the vicinity of 80u street. <br /> 11 <br />
