February 4.2004 <br /> The regular meeting of the Everett City Council was called to order at 7:00 <br /> p.m.,February 4,2004,In the City Council Chambers of the Everett City <br /> Hall,President Hatloe presiding. Upon roll call it was found that Mayor <br /> Stephenson; Council Members Krell, Olson, Haeoe, Gipson, and <br /> Stonecipher were present. Council Members Campbell and Overstreet <br /> were excused. <br /> Council Member Olson led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> The minutes of the January 28,2004 City Council meeting were approved <br /> as printed.Council Member Gipson abstained from the vote. <br /> MAYOR <br /> APPOINTMENT CULTURAL COMMISSION <br /> Meved by Council Member Olson,seconded by Council Member Krell <br /> to concur with the appointment of 9, <br /> Cultural ComAndrew <br /> Commission,for the remainder ofa six-year ttermprevPosition leuNo.ty <br /> held by Sue Moore,beginning January 1,2004 and ending December <br /> 31,2005. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Members Campbell and Overstreet who were excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> COUNCIL <br /> Council Member Krell reported that she and Mayor Stephenson <br /> padidpated in the Art and Scholastic Writing Awards ceremony sponsored <br /> by the Arts Council and the Cultural Commission. <br /> 33 <br />
