February 4.2004 <br /> AGREEMENT AMENDED—INVENTORY/POTENTIAL RESTORATION <br /> Moved by Council Member Olson,seconded by Council Member <br /> Gipson to authorize the Mayor to sign Addendum No.1 to the <br /> professional services agreement with Pentec Environmental Inc.to <br /> compile an inventory of potential restoration projects In the <br /> Snohomish Estuary and near shore habitat along Port Gardner Bay <br /> in the amount of$8,900.00. <br /> Rot was called with ail council members voting yes except Council <br /> Members Campbell and Overseeet who were excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENT—WEYCO PIPET INE INTERTIE AND REHABILITATION <br /> Moved by Council Member Stonecipher,seconded by Council <br /> Member Krell to authorize the Mayor to sign a professional services <br /> agreement with Carollo Engineers,P.C.to provide design and <br /> permitting services for the Weyoo Pipeline Intertle and <br /> Rehabilitation.. <br /> Rot was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Members Campbell and Overstreet who were excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> COUNCIL BILL NO.0401-02 <br /> THIRD AND FINAL READING: <br /> AN ORDINANCE creating a special improvement project <br /> entitled"41.Street Interchange,"Fund 303,Program 069,to <br /> accumulate all costs for the improvement project <br /> 37 <br />
