February 11,2004 <br /> AGREEMENT—WATER POLLUTION CONTROL FACILITY <br /> EXPANSION PHASE A <br /> Moved by Council Member Campbell,seconded by Council Member <br /> Olson to authorize the Mayor to sign a pre-construction services <br /> agreement with Hoffman Construction Company for the Water <br /> Pollution Control Facility Expansion,Phase A,in the amount of <br /> $268,900.00,and to negotiate amaximum <br /> allowable construction <br /> cost (MACC) when the drawings and specifications are <br /> approximately 80%complete. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br /> Motion caroled. <br /> RESOLUTION—ISSUANCE OF NON-RECOURSE REVENUE BONDS <br /> Moved by Council Member Krell,seconded by Council Member Olson <br /> to adopt Resolunion No.5439 approving the action of the State of <br /> Washington Economic Development Finance Authority,and the <br /> issuance of non-recourse revenue bonds to finance an economic <br /> development facility for Cedar Grove1Composting. <br /> Mark Wolken,representing Cedar Grove Composting,gave a brief <br /> overview of the new compost facility which is being developed on the west <br /> of Smith Island.It will include a 3,600-foot trail on the dike abng <br /> Steamboat Slough as part of the Shoreline permit. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br /> Motion carded. <br /> 42 <br />
