March 31,2004 <br /> The regular meeting of the Everett City Council was called to order at 8:30 <br /> a.m.,March 31,2004,in the City Council Chambers of the Everett City <br /> Hall,President Hatloe presiding. Upon roll cal/It was found that Mayor <br /> Stephenson;Council Members Krell,Olson,Hatoe,Gipson,Campbell, <br /> Stonecipher,and Overstreet were present. <br /> Council Member Overstreet led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> The minutes of the March 24,2004 City Council meeting were approved <br /> as printed. <br /> ACES <br /> PROCLAMATION—PUBLIC HEALTH WEEK <br /> Mayor Stephenson proclaimed April 5 through April 11,2004,as"Public <br /> Health Week"He presented the proclamation to Rick Mockler,Deputy <br /> Administrator,Snohomish Health District. <br /> PROCLAMATION—KEEP KIDS SAFE WEEK <br /> Mayor Stephenson proclaimed April 24 through April 30,2004,as"Keep <br /> Kids Safe Week' He presented the proclamation to Paul Tobin, <br /> Development Director,and Karen Bachelder,Interim Executive Director, <br /> Deaconess Children's Services. <br /> COUNCIL <br /> Council Member Gipson reported on his attendance at the National <br /> League of Cities'Conference in Washington,D.C. <br /> He remarked that he had received a letter from Wells Fargo Bank <br /> corvceesing the City of Everett's request for proposals for banking <br /> ic <br /> 97 <br />
