April 7.2004 <br /> RESOLUTION-PAYROLL <br /> Yo adopt Resolution No.5402 acknowledging the payment of audited <br /> and approved payroll claims against the City of Everett In the amount <br /> of 92,629,595.57 for the period ending March 20,2004, <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yea except Council <br /> Members Olson and Stonecipher who were excused. <br /> Motion carded. <br /> STREET CLOSURE-BLUE RIBBON BLOCK WALK <br /> Moved by Council Member Krell,seconded by Council Member <br /> Campbell to approve the closure of Lombard,Hewitt to California, <br /> from April 23,2004,6 p.m.,to April 24,2004,3 p.m.,to set up booths <br /> and tents fore Blue Ribbon Block Walk,which begins at Hewitt end <br /> Lombard and proceeds west on Hewitt to Bond Street and east on <br /> Hewitt to Lombard sponsored by Deaconess Children's Services on <br /> April 24,2004,7 a.m.to t2 p.m.,with the condition that participants <br /> slay on the sidewalk and obey traffic signals,and that there be two <br /> flaggers(one certified)at the intersections of Colby,Rucker,and <br /> West Marine View Drive,and one flagger at each minor Intersection.. <br /> Moved by Council Member Overstreet to table this item until the April <br /> 14,2004 City Council meeting. <br /> Motion died for lack of second. <br /> 112 <br />
