April 7,2004 <br /> MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING <br /> Moved by Council Member Campbell,seconded by Council Member <br /> Gipson to authodze the Mayor to sign a memorandum of <br /> understanding with the Naval Criminal Investigative Service and <br /> participating federal,state,county,and municipal agencies for an <br /> information sharing Initiative known as the Puget Sound Law <br /> Enforcement Information Exchange,LlnX. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Members Olson and Stonecipher who were excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENT—STOLEN VEHICLE RECOVERY NETWORK <br /> Moved by Council Member Krell,seconded by Council Member <br /> Gipson to authorize the Mayor to sign an agreement with Lojack <br /> Corporation for the purpose of participating in the Stolen Vehicle <br /> Recovery Network at no cost to the City of Everett. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Members Olson and Stonecipher who were excused. <br /> Motion carded. <br /> APPLICATION—CLEARWELL NO.2/EVERETT WATER FILTRATION <br /> PLANT <br /> Moved by Council Member Overstreet,seconded by Council Member <br /> Krell to authorize the Mayor to sign an application with the <br /> Washington State Department of Health for 2004 Drinking Water <br /> State Revolving Fund Loan In the amount of$4,040,000.00 for <br /> construction of Clealwell No.2 at the Everett Water Filtration Plant. <br /> 115 <br />
