Upon roll call it was found that Mayor <br /> Stephenson;Council Members Krell,Olson,Hagoe,Gipson,Campbell, <br /> Stonecipher.end Overstreet were present. <br /> Council Member Krell led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> The minutes of the April28,2004 City Council meeting were approved as <br /> printed. <br /> MAYOR <br /> PROCLAMATION <br /> Mayor Stephenson proclaimed May 6,2004 as"Everett Elks'Youth <br /> Recognition Day.° He presented the proclamation to William Vincent, <br /> Scholarship Chairman,Everett Elks Lodge No.479. <br /> PROCLAMATION <br /> Mayor Stephenson proclaimed the month of May,2004 as°Mental Health <br /> Month."
