May 5,2004 <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENT—USE OF PROPERTYI1220 WEST MARINE VIEW <br /> DRIVE <br /> Moved by Council Member Olson,seconded by Council Member <br /> Campbell to authorize the Mayor to sign a hold harmless agreement <br /> with the Port of Everett for the use of the prooerty located at 1220 <br /> West Marine View Drive for fire training purposes from May 9,2004 <br /> through May 30,2004. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> PUBLIC HEARING—SHORELINE MASTER PROGRAM <br /> President Hatloe opened a public hearing regarding Council Bill No.0404- <br /> 18, <br /> 40418,a proposed ordinance amending the Port of Everett's North Marina <br /> Shoreline Master Program amendment,Ordinance No.2713-03. <br /> President Halloo invited public comment. <br /> Dave Koenig,gave a brief overview of the amendments. He remarked <br /> that the changes are being recommended by the Department of Ecology <br /> for clarification and other minor purposes. <br /> Brad Cattle,2707 Colby 4100,on behalf of the Port of Everett,reiterated <br /> that the proposed amendments are technical corrections only and make <br /> no changes to the development agreement,the proposed project,or any <br /> substantive changes to the ordinance.
