He remarked <br /> that the changes are being recommended by the Department of Ecology <br /> for clarification and other minor purposes. <br /> Brad Cattle,2707 Colby 4100,on behalf of the Port of Everett,reiterated <br /> that the proposed amendments are technical corrections only and make <br /> no changes to the development agreement,the proposed project,or any <br /> substantive changes to the ordinance.
