June 25,2004 <br /> Council Member Gipson questioned whether the Community Park <br /> Foundation was Invot+ed In the Clark Park Bazaar. <br /> CITIZEN COMMEUS <br /> Mark Nagel, 3315 Federal, spoke In opposition to the Ten <br /> Commandments monument lawsuit. <br /> Donald Robbers,2123 State,offered several solutions to the gridlock on <br /> the City of Everett's highways and streets. <br /> CONSENT ITEMS <br /> Moved by Council Member Olson,seconded by Council Member <br /> Campbell to approve the following consent agenda Items: <br /> RESOLUTION-CLAIMS <br /> To adopt Resolution No.5493 acknowledging the payment of audited <br /> and approved claims against the City of Everett In the amount of <br /> $1,897,843.11 for the period June 5,2094 through June 11,2004. <br /> STREET CLOSURE <br /> To approve a rolling street closure beginning and ending at the <br /> YMCA,California and Rockefeller,for 5K,10K,and One Mile <br /> Run/Walks sponsored by the Everett Family YMCA on July 4,2004, <br /> 8:30 a.m.to 11 a.m.,with the condition that there be a motorcycle <br /> escort to provide safe passage for the runners,and that there be a <br /> gagger at each intersection Inside the parade route and two Baggers <br /> (one certified)at each major Intersection outside the parade route. <br /> 201 <br />
