July 7,2004 <br /> AGREEMENT—WATER CONSERVATION AUDITS <br /> Moved by Council Member Olson,seconded by Council Member Krell <br /> to authorize the Mayor to sign an agreement with the Everett Clinic <br /> for water conservation audits and a rebate in the amount of <br /> 028,631.00 for 50%of the cost of the replacement of two cooling <br /> lowers. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Connell <br /> Member Campbell who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> RESOLUTION—KENNY ANNEXATION <br /> Moved by Council Member Olson,seconded by Council Member <br /> Overstreet to adopt Resolution No.5500 accepting the 1S%petition <br /> and notice of intent submitted by John Kenny for the proposed <br /> Kenny Annexation and authorizing applicant to gather signatures on <br /> the 75%petition. <br /> Roll w celled with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Member Campbell who was excused. <br /> Motion raffled. <br /> AGREEMENT—STOCKPILED SOLIDS <br /> Moved by Council Member Krell,seconded by Council Member Olson <br /> to authorize the Mayor to sign a residual solids management <br /> agreement with Kimberly-Clark Worldwide Inc.to accept ownership <br /> of their stockpiled solids for use as a beneficial soil amendment. <br /> 216 <br />
