Upon roll call it was found that Mayor <br /> Stephenson;Council Members Krell,Olson,Hatloe,Gipson,Campbell, <br /> Stonedpher and Overstreet were present. <br /> Council Member Campbell led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> The minutes of the July 14,2004 City Council meeting were approved as <br /> printed.Council Member Krell abstained from the vote. <br /> MAYOR <br /> APPOINTMENT—HUMAN NEEDS COMMITTFF <br /> Moved by Council Member Campbell,seconded by Council Member <br /> Olson to concur with the appointment of Dianne Rller to Position No. <br /> 6,Human Needs Committee,for the remainder of a six-year term <br /> ending December 31,2006. <br /> Roll was called wkh all council members voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> OATH <br /> Moved by Council Member Gipson,seconded by Council Member <br /> Campbell to concur <br /> with the appointment of Aaron Snell and <br /> Brandon Gilt,as new police officers. <br /> The Deputy City Clerk administered their oath of once end Mayor <br /> Stephenson presented them with their badges. <br /> 226 <br />
