4 2004 <br /> August, <br /> STREET CLOSURE—CHURCH PICNIC <br /> To approve the closure of Virginia Avenue,south of California Street <br /> to the north aide of the alley,fora picnic on August 14,2004,a e.m. <br /> to 7 p.m.,sponsored by the Second Baptist Church. <br /> Roll was celled with all council membem voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL AWARD—BANKING SERVICES <br /> Moved by County Member Krell,seconded by Council Member Olson <br /> to accept the review committee's recommendation regarding the <br /> request for proposals for banking services and authorise the Mayor <br /> to execute a contract and tomo of service agreement for banking <br /> service.with the Bank of America. <br /> Such Haugen,Finance,gave a brief background regarding the banking <br /> services request bt proposal process. <br /> Snohomish County Treasurer Bob Dentin,review committee member, <br /> commented on the selection process end commended City staff for their <br /> herd work. <br /> Rot was celled with ail council members voting yes. <br /> Motion carded. <br /> BID AWARQ—ANNUAL SUPPLY OF ASPHALT(PICKED OP1 <br /> Moved by Council Member Kral!,seconded by Council Member <br /> Campbell that the contract for an annual supply of asphalt(picked <br /> up)be awarded to Wilder Construction,Everett,WA,based upon <br /> 249 <br />
