September 8,2004 <br /> The regular meeting of the Everett City Council was called to order at 8:30 <br /> m.,September 8,2004 in the City Council Chambers of the Everett City <br /> Hall,President Halloo presiding. Upon roll call it was found that Mayor <br /> Stephenson;Council Members Krell,Olson.Hatloe,Stonecipher and <br /> Overstreet were present.Council Member Nielsen was excused.Council <br /> Member Gipson arrived during Council Comments. <br /> Mayor Stephenson led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> The minutes of the September 1,2004 Everett City Council meeting were <br /> approved as printed. <br /> MAYOR <br /> APPOINTMENTS—ANIMAL CONTROL BOARD <br /> Mayor Stephenson requested the City Council's concurrence regarding <br /> the appointments of Lila Barnhart,Kari Griffith,Loretta Fey Mounts end <br /> Judith Hams to the Animal Control Board: <br /> Moved by Council Member Olson,seconded by Council Member <br /> Overstreet to concur with Mayor's appointments to the Animal <br /> Control Board as follows: <br /> Lila Barnhart to Position No.1 for the remainder of a <br /> five-year term ending December 31,2007 <br /> Kari Griffith to Position No.2 for the remainder of a five- <br /> year term ending December 31,2008 <br /> Loretta Fay Mounts to Position No.3 for the remainder <br /> of a five-year term ending December 31,2009 <br /> Judith Harris as an alternate member for a term of six <br /> years ending December 31,2009 <br /> 286 <br />
