October 6,2004 <br /> between 101"Avenue SE and 104"Place SE for November 3,2004, <br /> 0:30 p.m.,in the Everett City Council Chambers,3002 Wetmore <br /> Avenue,Everett,WA. <br /> Roll wee called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Member Krell who was excused. <br /> Motion canted. <br /> COUNCIL BILL NO.0409-43 <br /> THIRD AND FINAL READING: <br /> AN ORDINANCE providing for the vacation of 390 Street,east <br /> of Rucker Avenue and west of Hoyt Avenue,together with that <br /> portion of the alley In Block 4,Plat of Climax Land Company's <br /> First Addition,abutting Lots 15,16,17,and 16 <br /> Council Member Stonecipher stated that she and her husband are <br /> stockholders In the Everett Clinic and recused herself from the vote. <br /> Council Member Nielsen stated that he was nota member of the City <br /> Council at the time of the public hearing but that he hes reviewed all of the <br /> materials.He questioned whether anyone objects to his participation.No <br /> one objected. <br /> Craig Fullerton,Reel Property,stated that there was no testimony at the <br /> July 21,2004 public hearing protesting the vacation of 390 Street. <br /> However,there was some opposition to a previous vacation by the <br /> Physician's Eye Clinic.City Council requested assurances that there be <br /> earnest censwera0on given to those issues. <br /> Mark Mang,Chief Operating Officer,Everett Clinic,reported on their <br /> neighbor relations with Physician's Eye Clinic.
