October 27.2004 <br /> AGREEMENT—LAW ENFORCEMENT INFORMATION SHARING <br /> Moved by Council Member Krell,seconded by Council Member <br /> Nielsen to approve the form of a memorandum of agreement and <br /> authorize the Mayor to sign the memorandum of agreement with <br /> each participating law enforcement agency relative to law <br /> enforcement information sharing and the Region 1 intelligence <br /> Group. <br /> Roll was 0011e1 with all council members voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> RESOLUTION OF INTENT—LAND USE PLANNING <br /> CITY'S UNINCORPORATED URBAN GROWTH AREA <br /> Moved by Council Member Olson,seconded by Council Member <br /> Stonecipher to adopt Resolution No.5540 declaring Everett's Intent <br /> to share planning responsibilities with Snohomish County within the <br /> unincorporated portions of the City's Urban Growth Area. <br /> Council Member Overstreet brought forth a concern regarding the future <br /> economics for the city In relation to the areas east of 35°.Allen Gitten, <br /> Planning,responded that there is nothing planned for that area in the near <br /> future.The intent of the resolution is to explore planning possibilities with <br /> Snohomish County. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br /> Motion carded <br /> 343 <br />
