November 3,20.04 <br /> The regular meeting of the Everett City Council was called to order at 6:30 <br /> pm.,November 3,2004,In the City Council Chambers of the Everett City <br /> Hall,President Hatloe presiding. Upon roll cell It was found that Mayor <br /> Stephenson:Council Members Krell,Olson,Hatloe,Gipson,Nielsen, <br /> Stonecipher,end Overstreet were present <br /> Council Member Krell led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> The minutes of the October 27,2004 City Council meeting was approved <br /> as printed. <br /> MAYOR <br /> OPEN HOUSE <br /> Bud Wessman,Animal Control,announced that the animal shelter is now <br /> open on Sundays from 11 a.m.to 3 p.m.and invited everyone to an open <br /> house on November 7,2004. <br /> COUNCIL <br /> APPOINTMENT—COUNCIL PRESIDENT <br /> Moved by Council Member Stonecipher,seconded by Council <br /> Member Olson to nominate Council Member Krell as City Council <br /> PresidenttMayor mro-Tem for the year 2005. <br /> Roll was calla"with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Member Krell who abstained. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Council Member Krell thanked the council members for their vote of <br /> confidence. <br /> 354 <br />
