• <br /> November 24,2004 <br /> PUBLIC HEARING—COUNCIL BILL NOS.0411-55 AND 0411-56 <br /> Vice President Gipson opened a public hearing regarding two proposed <br /> ordinances;Council Bill No.0411-55 establishing current rates for sewer <br /> service and surface water management for the City of Everett.end <br /> Council Bill No.0411-56 adjusting water and Etration rates for inside and <br /> outside City customers and wholesale master meters. <br /> Vice President Gipson invited public comment.There was no response. <br /> Moved by Council Member Stonecipher,seconded by Council <br /> Member Nielsen to close the public hearing. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Members Ha0oc and Overstreet who were excused. <br /> Motion caroled. <br /> COUNCIL BILL NO 0411 5n <br /> THIRD AND FINAL READING: <br /> AN ORDINANCE establishing current rates for sewer service <br /> and surface water management for the City of Everett and <br /> repealing Ordinance No.2661-02 and Ordinance No.2190-96 <br /> (EMC 14.04.0201 <br /> Moved by Council Member Nielsen.seconded by Council Member <br /> Stonecipher that this is declared to be the third and final reading of <br /> Council Bill No.0411.55 and the City Clerk is directed to call the roll for <br /> the final dispositbn of the ordinance. <br /> 379 <br />
