December22,2004 <br /> I <br /> The regular meeting of the Everett City Council was called to order at 8:30 <br /> m.,December 22,2004 in the City Council Chambers of the Everett City <br /> Hall,President Hagoe presiding. Upon roll call k was found that Mayor <br /> Stephenson and Council Members Krell, Hatice,Gipson,Nielsen, <br /> Stonecipher,end Overstreet were present.Council Member Olson was • <br /> excused. <br /> Ccundl Member Gipson led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> Council Member Overstreet requested that a comment which he made <br /> during the December 15,2004 City Council meeting stating that Mark <br /> Olson's appointment to the Public Facilities District Board wes not as a <br /> representative of the City Council but as a member of the community be <br /> added to the minutes. The minutes of the December 15,2004 City <br /> Council meeting were approved as corrected. <br /> MAYOR <br /> Mayor Stephenson wished everyone a Happy Holiday. <br /> PRESFNTATION <br /> Mayor Stephenson stated that Designs Northwest helped with the <br /> redesign and renewal of the Everpark Arcade. Dan Nelson,Designs <br /> Northwest.remarked that they had submitted the project to the Northwest <br /> Washington Chapter AIA Awerd Program and won a merit award for its <br /> contribution to the urban context for which it was designed.He presented <br /> copies of the award to the Mayor and City Council. <br /> CITY COUNCII <br /> Council Members Gipeon and Overstreet wished everyone a Happy <br /> Holiday. <br /> 404 <br />
