February 14,2005 <br /> A special meeting of the Everett City Council was called to order at 8:30 <br /> m.,February 14,2005 In the City Council Chambers of the Everett City <br /> Hall,Council Member Gipson presiding. Upon roll call it was found that <br /> Mayor Stephenson;Council Members Olson,Gipson,Stonecipher and <br /> Overstreet were present. Council Members Krell,Ha3oe and Nielsen <br /> were excused. <br /> Sharon Marks,City Clerk,led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> The minutes of the February 9,2005 Everett City Council meeting were <br /> approved as printed.Council Member Olson abstained from the vote. <br /> COUNCIL <br /> Vice Presdent Gipson expressed condolences to Drew Nielsen,as his <br /> mother passed away. <br /> CITY ATTORNEY <br /> Jim Iles,City Attorney,requested an executive session regarding a legal <br /> matter with no announcement following the session. <br /> CONSENT ITEMS <br /> Moved by Council Member Olson,s onded by Council Member <br /> Stonecipher to approve the following consent Items: <br /> RESOLUTION-CLAIMS <br /> To adopt Resolution No.5587 acknowledging the payment of audited <br /> and approved claims against the City of Everett in the amount of <br /> 5794,693.90 for the period of January 29,2005 through February 4, <br /> 2005. <br /> 39 <br />
