March 30,2005 <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Member Gipson who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> BID AWARD—ANNUAL SUPPLY OF FORD PARTS <br /> Moved by Council Member Nielsen,seconded by Council Member <br /> Stonecipher that the contract for an annual supply of Ford parts be <br /> awarded to Pierre Ford,Seattle,WA,based upon their unit prices bid <br /> extended for an estimated annual total of$82,000 Including <br /> Washington State sales tax as received at a bid opening held at 2 <br /> p.m.,March 8,2005. <br /> Roll was called with all council members young ms except Council <br /> Member Gipson who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENT AMENDFD—STOP VIOLENCE AGAINST WOMEN <br /> FORMULA GRANT <br /> Moved by Council Member Balk.,seconded by Council Member <br /> Stonecipher to authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No.3 to the <br /> InMrlocel agreement with Snohomish County for the STOP Violence <br /> Against Women Formula Grant program to extend the term of the <br /> agreement to cover the fiscal year 2004 gra.,set reporting dates, <br /> County match requirements,and City reimbursement. <br /> Rot was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Member Gipson who was excused. <br /> Motion earned. <br /> • <br /> 95 <br />• <br />
