C <br /> April 8,2005 <br /> The regular meeting of the Everett City Council was called to order at 8:30 <br /> a.m.,April 6,2005 in the City Council Chambers of the Everett City Hall, <br /> President Krell presiding. Upon roll call it was found that Mayor <br /> Stephenson;Council Members Krell,Matte,Nielsen,and Overstreet were <br /> present.Council Member Olson arrived after roll call.Council Members <br /> Gipson and Stonecipher were excused. <br /> Council Member Hatloe led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> The minutes of the March 30,2005 Everett City Council meeting were <br /> approved as printed. <br /> MAYOR <br /> APPOINTMENTS—PROVIDENCE DESIGN COMMITTEE <br /> At the city council's direction on March 18,2005 to create a design review <br /> committee for the Providence Everett Medical Center Expansion Mayor • <br /> Stephenson requested the city council's c regarding the <br /> appointments of Tim Twietmeyer and Susan n Russell to fill two city <br /> appointed positions on the Providence Design Committee. <br /> Moved by Council Member Overstreet,seconded by Council Member <br /> Nielsen to concur with the appointments of Tim Twietmeyar and <br /> Susan Russell to the Providence Design Committee. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting except Council Members <br /> Olson,Gipson and Stonecipher who were excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Council Member Olson arrived. <br /> COUNCIL <br /> President Krell reported that she attended an appreciation event at <br /> Cascade High School sponsored by the Indonesian Community honoring <br />
