• <br /> April 20,2005 <br /> RESOLUTION—DISBURSE FUND/BUSINESS IMPROVEMENT AREA <br /> This agenda item,a proposed resolution authorizing the City of Everett to <br /> disburse funds to the Downtown Everett Association from the City's <br /> current BIA balance for cleaning and maintenance for the months of April, <br /> May,and June,2005 in the amount of$8,850.00 per me:4h for a total of <br /> $26,550.00 was continued to the April 27,2005 City Council meeting. <br /> PUBLIC HEARING—GAS DISPENSING STATIONf4Im AND RUCKER <br /> Vice President Hatloe opened a pubic hearing regarding a proposed <br /> solution amending the site plan approved in Resolution No.4866 to <br /> accommodate a gas dispensing station on the southwest comer of 410 <br /> Street and Rucker. <br /> Vice President Hatloe invited public comment <br /> Faheem Siddig,Planning,stated that the Planning Commission hes <br /> adopted a resolution recommending that the C'ry Council approve the <br /> Council Member Nielsen questioned whether the issues regarding <br /> damage to neighboring homes during construction of the Safeway store <br /> had been resolved. <br /> Faheem stated that they had. <br /> Moved by Council Member Olson,seconded by Council Member <br /> Nielsen to close the public hearing. <br /> Roll w called with all council members voting yea except Council <br /> Member Krell who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> 111 <br />
