April27,2005 <br /> AGREEMENT—BEST PRACTICES/WASHINGTON STATE TRANSIT <br /> INSURANCE POOL <br /> Moved by Council Member Nielsen,seconded by Council Member <br /> Stonecipher to authorize the Mayor to sign and execute a <br /> Washington State Transit Insurance Pool Best Practices agreement. <br /> Roll was celled with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Members Gipson and Overstreet who were excused. <br /> Motion carded. <br /> AGREEMENT—EQUIPMENT MONITORING/BAIT CAR VEHICLES <br /> Moved by Council Member Nielsen,seconded by Council Member <br /> Stonecipher to authorize the Mayor to accept a BSM Wireless <br /> Response Center Monitoring agreement and a Product Hardware <br /> agreement for equipment monitoring of the bait car vehicles. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Members Gipson and Overstreet whe were excused. <br />• Motion carried. <br /> PUBLIC HEARING—INTERIM REGULATIONS/DOWNTOWN EVERETT <br /> President Krell opened a public hearing regarding Council Bill No.0504- <br /> 11,a proposed ordinance amending the interim regulations for the <br /> downtown Everett area. <br /> Allan Sifter,Planning Director,slated Nat the City Council adopted an <br /> emergency ordinance on November 17,2004 establishing interim <br /> regulations on specified uses within the downtown core. He explained <br /> that Council Bill No.0504-11 reduces the area covered by the interim <br /> 122 <br />
