• <br /> June 1,2005 <br /> AGREEMENT—SUMMER READING CLUB <br /> Moved by Council Member Nielsen,seconded by Council Member <br /> Gipson to authorize the Mayor to sign an agreement with the Everett <br /> School District for the use of the Civic Auditorium for the Summer <br /> Reading Club/Mayor's Award Ceremony on August 25,2005. <br /> Roll was celled with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Members Hallos,Stonecipher,and Overstreet who were excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENT—PERSONALIZED PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT <br /> Moved by Council Member Nielsen,seconded by Council Member <br /> Olson to authorize the Mayor to sign an agreement with Snohomish <br /> County to receive personalized protective equipment through the <br /> FFY 2003 Supplemental State Homeland Security Grant Program- <br /> Phase 2 at no cost to the City. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Members Hagge,Stonecipher,and Overstreet who were excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENT—TERMINATION OF EASEMENT <br /> Moved by Council Member Nielsen,seconded by Council Member <br /> Olson to authorize the Mayor to execute a termination of easement <br /> agreement with SLV Associates that reserved a ten-toot wide strip <br /> fora pedestrian walkway within the 10e Street SE Fight-of-way lying <br /> east of ru"Avenue SE. <br /> 159 <br />
