He did <br /> indicate that the process Is challenging. <br /> Council Member Olson commented that the election method is a straight <br /> majority.A frustration In considering annexations is the fact that through <br /> the petition method a higher level of support has to be achieved and <br /> petition signatures are <br /> considered for their validity end timing with <br /> Snohomish County is difficult.Through Snohomish County Tomorrow a <br /> better process of handling petition annexations is being studied.
